Frequently asked questions
Do you send a printed poster?
No – you receive a digital file (PDF + JPEG, 300 DPI) that you print and frame yourself, or have printed on canvas.
What format will I receive?
You’ll receive a digital file in PDF and JPEG format at 300 DPI. The files are sent to your email address.
Where can I print it?
At home on a good printer, at a photo studio or a print shop – just bring or send them the file.
What size can I print it?
The file is high resolution, so you can print it in a range of sizes. The most popular are A4, A3, 30×40 cm and 50×70 cm. If you already know the size, just let us know when you order.
Is a frame included?
No. You receive a digital file only – the printing and the frame are up to you.
How quickly will I get my file?
We send the first draft within 2 working days of receiving all the details and photos. If you need changes, each revision takes 1 more working day.
What if I don’t like the design?
You’ll first get a draft to review. If something isn’t right, the first revision is free. If the second version still isn’t quite right, each further revision costs 5 €.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to SIA “KRIXIS”, against an invoice, once you’ve approved the design. We send the final files (PDF + JPEG) once payment is received.
